Teknologi Sel Surya Untuk Kebutuhan Energi ListrikTeknologi Sel Surya Untuk Kebutuhan Energi Listrik – Solar panel adalah pembangkit listrik yang menggunakan sel surya Solar Photovoltaic (PV), Teknologi ini mengganti sinar radiasi surya menjadi energi listrik. Pembangkit listrik tersebut adalah bentuk energi terbarukan dalam pemanfaatan keliru satu sumber tenaga alternatif yg ramah lingkungan. Indonesia menjadi negara tropis yg terletak di kawasan khatulistiwa, mempunyai potensi tenaga surya melimpah bersinar sepanjang tahun. di mana radiasi harian rata-homogen energi surya 4.8 KWh/m2. sebab itu, sistem panel mentari dapat dipasang pada semua daerah Indonesia selama lokasi terkena sinar mentari dan tidak terhalang bayangan benda apapun.

Mengingat potensinya sangat besar serta merupakan sumber tenaga tidak terbatas serta ramah lingkungan, tenaga matahari bisa menjadi sumber energi utama pada masa depan.

  1. Teknologi Sel Surya atau solar sel adalah suatu elemen aktif yang mengubah tenaga cahaya menjadi tenaga listrik, menggunakan prinsip yg dianggap pengaruh photovoltaic. Sel surya terbuat asal keping (wafer) bahan semikonduktor dengan kutub positif dan negatif, sama dengan dioda hanya permukaannya dirancang luas seupaya bisa menagkap cahaya surya sebesar mungkin. apabila cahaya jatuh di bagian atas sel matahari maka akan muncul perbedaan tegangan. untuk menerima daya yang lebih akbar sel matahari dapat dihubung seri atau paralel tergantung sifat penggunaannya
  2. Teknologi Sel Surya hingga waktu ini ada beberapa teknologi pembuatan sel matahari yg berhasil dikembangkan oleh para peneliti buat mendapatkan solar sel yang mempunyai efisiensi yang tinggi yg murah dan praktis dalam pembuatannya.

Teknologi pertama yg berhasil dikembangkan oleh para peneliti artinya teknologi yg memakai bahan silikon kristal tunggal. Teknologi ini pada bisa membuat sel matahari dengan efisiensi yang sangat tinggi. persoalan terbesar yg dihadapi dalam pengembangan silikon kristal tunggal ini adalah bahwa buat bisa diproduksi secara komersial sel surya ini harganya sangat mahal sehingga menghasilkan solar sel panel yg didapatkan menjadi tidak efisien menjadi asal energi cara lain .

Teknologi yang kedua ialah dengan memakai wafer silikon poli kristal. saat ini, hampir sebagian akbar panel solar sel yang beredar pada pasar komersial asal dari screen printing jenis silikon poli kristal ini. Wafer silikon poli kristal dibuat menggunakan teknologi casting berupa balok silikon dan dipotong-potong menggunakan metode wire-sawing menjadi kepingan (wafer), denagn ketebalan kurang lebih 250–350 micrometer. dengan teknologi ini bisa diperoleh sel matahari lebih murah meskipun taraf efisiensinya lebih rendah Jika dibandingkan dengan silikon kristal tunggal. kedua jenis sel matahari pada dikenal sabagai sel matahari generasi pertama .
