Garap Gig Economy, BRI Agro Sukses Lakukan Transformasi Digital – untuk basis pertumbuhan baru, PT Bank masyarakat Indonesia Agroniaga Tbk (BRI Agro) menargetkan para pekerka yg melek digital di sektor informal. Berbasis kinerja fundamental yg kuat, BRI Agro memaksimalkan perangkat lunak BI Agro Digital yg terus dikembangkan dan software modile banking Pinang buat menggarap pasar pekerja tersebut. Hal tadi juga berakibat BRI Agro meraih penghargaan dalam CNBC Indonesia Award 2021 pada kategori The Most Profitable Bank yang mengungguli nominee lain dengan meraih skor sebanyak 88 berasal total 100, terutama di aspek penetapan sasaran pasar serta strategi.

Selama ini sektor informal diklaim kurang feasible buat digarap secara konvensional sebab nilai transaksi yang mungil merkipun menggunakan jumlah yg poly. Perseroan menyebutnya menjadi ‘gig economy’ yg secara sederhana dipahami sebagai pertukaran barang atau jasa antar individu atau perusahaan melalui platform digital.

Di tahun 2020, Badan sentra Statistik (BPS) mencatat jumlah pelaku gig economy mencapai 46,4 juta yg terutama adalah pekerja lepad dan 1/2 pengangguran. karena karakteristik gig workers yang fleksibel dan lekat dengan perkembangan industri digital menjadi industri masa depan, BRI Agro memperkirakan gig workers akan terus bertumbuh.

Para pelaku pasar memberi tanggapan positif terhadap rencana perseroan buat menggarap gig economy dengan kanal digital. sampai 19 Oktober 2021, secara year to date (ytd), kinerja saham AGRO sudah melesat sejumlah 92% lebih, bahkan saham perseroan meroket sampai 559% dalam satu tahun terakhir. Sejauh ini, persetujuan regulator telah dihasilkan sang Bangk Agro buat menyediakan layanan pembukaan rekening secara branchless yg menjadi karakteristik utama platform digital banking.
Selanjutnya, BRI Agro menjalankan transformasi di empat aspek operasinya agar kedepannya bisa memperkuat positioning-nya pada gig economy. supaya mampu menjadi kawan keuangan gig worker secara menyeluruh, mulai berasal menabung. Bertransaksi, berinvestasi, sampai berasuransfi, transformasi menjadi kondisi absolut.

Strategi pertama ialah aspek keuangan. Digitalisasi BRI Agro akan menurunkan kredit bermasalah (nonperforming loan/NPL) asal sektor konvensional yg selama ini terkonsentrasi di deposan inti yang mencapai 60%. sebab kredit digital di sektro informal mempunyai yield lebih baik serta porto yang lebih rendah, profitbilitas pun mampu didongkrak. kedua, BRI Agro membarui cara membidik target atau akuisisi nasabah. Jika di awalnya perseroan memprioritaskan nasabah koperasi, koperasi dan konsumen middle-up (konsumen kredit pemilikan rumah serta tunggangan bermotor), ke depannya fokus akan digeser buat membidik debitur kredit jangka pendek serta berplafon rendah, tetapi berimbal hasil yg tinggi.

Strategi ketiga berkaitan menggunakan proses usaha, saat kerja manual dan lamban yg selama ini dijalankan menjadi bank konvensional akan diubah menjadi prosedur kerja berbasis digital yang melibatkan big data, kecerdasan sintesis (artificial intelligence/AI), dan antarmuka pemrograman perangkat lunak (application programming interface/api) yg terbuka. Startegi terakhir ialah mentransformasikan aspek sumber daya insan (sdm) yg pada awalnya berbasis lumbung (silo) dan cara berpikir yang jumud maka akan diubah menjadi sdm berbasis bakat menggunakan cara pikir yg berorientasi di pertumbuhan.

Dengan empat taktik tadi, di September kemudian saham AGRO resmi masuk ke dalam FTSE global Equity Index buat saham berkapitalisasi kecil. Hal tadi menunjukkan bahwa kinerja serta seni manajemen perseroan dinilai inline menggunakan ekspektasi investor dunia. BRI Agro terpilih menjadi pemenang penghargaan CNBC Indonesia Award untuk kategori The Most Prospective Digital Bank 2021 yg mengacu dari seni manajemen perseroan yang legit menyasar gig economy pada tengah kinerja fundamental bertenaga menjadi bank digital menggunakan profitabilitas tertinggi, dukungan kelompok BRI, dan prospek pertumbuhan ke depan.

BRI Agro suskes melakukan transformasi digital tanpa mengorbankan laba dengan menciptakan ekosistem digital melalui sektor ultramikro serta informal. Meski sedang bertransformasi menjadi bank digital murni serta modal pada dasarnya masih di bawah Rp 6 triliun, BRI Agro sudah membukukan laba higienis dengan per Juni 2021 total pendapatan bunga bersih naik 34,21% (yoy) menjadi Rp 434 miliar, sedangkan untung bersih tumbuh 30% yoy sebagai Rp 26 miliar.

Melansir data Tim Riset CNBC Indonesia, 6 dari 11 bank digital masih memikul net loss. homogen-rata industri digital murni masih merugi Rp 73 miliar menggunakan per Juni 2021 kontranksi laba bersih sebanyak minus 143% (yoy) sehingga catatan untung bersih BRI Agro menjadi oase pada tengah gersangnya profitabilitas industri bank digital murni. ketika beberapa bank mini mengosongkan portofolio kredit, BRI Agro masih beroperasi penuh dengan rasio kredit terhadap simpanan (loan to deposit/LDR) sebanyak 84% atau paling dekat dengan batas ideal sebasar 80%. Persentase kredit bermasalah sukses dipangkas sang BRI Agro secara gross hingga nyaris sepenuhnya menjadi 4,59%.

Menggunakan berbagai keunggulan tadi, terutama pemodalan yang bertenaga (CAR > 20%), kinerja intermediasi yg stabis, serta profitabilitas terbaik, BRI Agro terpilih sebagai awardee CNBC Indonesia Award 2021 kategori The Most Profitable Digital Bank. BRI Agro berharap penghargaan tadi mendorong perseroan untuk terus menjaga profitabilitasnya menjadi bagian berasal upaya menjaga value bagi pemegang saham publik meskipun secara bersamaan berekspansi ke platform digital. BRI Agro mengambarkan bahwa going digital bukan berarti bearing losses.
