PKM UMA Dorong Transformasi SDM Berbasis Digitalisasi dan Marketing 5.0 di Namira Islamic School

Dalam rangka menghadapi tantangan perkembangan teknologi digital yang kian pesat, Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) Universitas Medan Area (UMA) menyelenggarakan kegiatan bertema “Implementation Digitalization-Based Human Resource Empowerment on Social Media and Marketing 5.0” di Namira Islamic School, Jalan Setia Budi, Medan, Sumatera Utara.

Kegiatan yang berlangsung selama dua hari, Jumat dan Sabtu, ini diikuti oleh sekitar 100 guru dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan, mulai dari SD, SMP, hingga SMA. Turut hadir Ketua Yayasan Fajar Islam Namira Islamic School, Rahmat Saleh, B.HSc., yang memberikan apresiasi atas inisiatif akademik UMA dalam mendorong kemajuan pendidikan melalui penguatan kapasitas SDM.

Tiga narasumber utama yang mengisi kegiatan ini adalah:

  • Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hj. Nur Aisyah, SE., MM. (Kepala Pusat Kajian Magister Manajemen Pascasarjana UMA),
  • Riza Fanny Meutia, SE., MM. (Dosen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UMA),
  • Andre Hasudungan Lubis, S.Ti., MSc. (Dosen Fakultas Teknik UMA).

Dalam materinya, Dr. Nur Aisyah menekankan bahwa penguasaan digitalisasi dan pemanfaatan media sosial seperti Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, dan TikTok dapat menjadi instrumen strategis dalam pemberdayaan diri guru serta peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. “Media sosial bukan hanya alat komunikasi, tetapi juga platform edukasi dan pengembangan profesional,” ungkapnya.

Sementara itu, Riza Fanny Meutia membahas pentingnya strategi digital marketing dalam memperkuat branding personal dan institusional. Ia menjelaskan bahwa identitas digital yang kuat dapat membantu institusi pendidikan menjangkau lebih luas khalayak, termasuk calon peserta didik dan masyarakat umum.

Andre Hasudungan Lubis melengkapi dengan penjelasan teknis mengenai integrasi teknologi informasi dalam sistem manajemen sumber daya manusia. Ia menekankan pentingnya kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era Industri 5.0 yang menuntut adaptasi terhadap ekosistem digital yang dinamis.

Kegiatan berlangsung dalam suasana interaktif dan penuh semangat. Diharapkan, pelatihan ini dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam mewujudkan transformasi digital yang berkelanjutan di lingkungan Namira Islamic School, sejalan dengan visi dan misi lembaga dalam mencetak generasi unggul dan berdaya saing global.
